737 Throttle knobs

Now we can get down to business and start looking at some of the detail of the throttle , in this case the 737 throttle knobs. This is where most cockpit builders start as far as the 737 throttle goes. Whats most important about the 737 knobs is the way they look. If you study the 737 for long enough ( i my case at least 3 years), you begin to notice minute diferences between the real and replica that can spoil the effect, but lets remember that these are replica and so will not be exactly the same.

 Your throttle wants to be perfect and it may take you a long while to build, it maybe the only thing you build, but it will be worth it! all the pictures from this site will be able to be viewed form the gallery.

Speed Brake Knob  The image to the

right is from the left side of the throttle,

the side that you see is from the outside,

and there are clearly two screws holding this knob

onto the steel handle, which will proably be

substituted for an alluminum handle on your TQ.

You can clearly see that ffrom the rear the screws thead into the metal speed brake arm and that this is how the 737 speed brake knob is held on . This is something to remember when building your 737 throttle. These kobs are very easy to build. There will be more images in the gallery of speed brake knob.
